3. Payment Terms

  • We exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. No other forms of payment (credit cards, checks, money orders) are accepted.
  • You agree to pay the full order amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees) in cash to the delivery driver upon receipt of your order.
  • Failure to provide cash at delivery will result in order cancellation. We may offer one free re-delivery attempt; additional attempts may incur a fee.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We do not warrant products against normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper use or maintenance.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order ID and photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items.

  • Non-defective products (e.g., change of mind) are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged for the same product if unused and in original packaging (subject to availability).
